These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neuronixtech.com (the "Site"), operated by Neuronix Technologies ("Neuronix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Neuronix's operational AI, autonomous systems, and enterprise software platforms, and allows visitors to submit business inquiries, apply to become a partner, and subscribe to our newsletter. The Site does not offer any product for direct purchase, checkout, or online payment; our solutions are delivered through direct engagement with our team, negotiated and agreed separately from anything on this Site.

The Site is intended for business and professional use. If you submit information on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any related database
• Use a bot, scraper, crawler, or other automated system to access the Site in a manner inconsistent with its robots.txt or that places excessive load on it
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, servers, or networks
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our express written permission

When you submit the Contact form, Partner Application form, or Newsletter signup, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Submissions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including transmission to our CRM system so our team can respond to you.

We do not guarantee a response to every inquiry, and we may decline any partnership application at our sole discretion.

Content on the Site describing our platforms, capabilities, or past work is general in nature, may change without notice, and does not itself constitute an offer or a binding commitment. Where Neuronix and a client agree to an engagement, the scope of work, deliverables, fees, schedule, and payment terms are set out in a separate proposal, quote, statement of work, or service agreement signed by both parties, not by these Terms.

Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, feedback, and approvals needed to carry out engaged work; delays in doing so may delay the project timeline. Where an account is not settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms, Neuronix may suspend ongoing work, delay delivery, or terminate the engagement.

In the course of an engagement, Neuronix and the client may exchange proprietary or confidential information. Each party agrees not to disclose the other's confidential information to third parties, except as authorized by the disclosing party or required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations may be further defined in the applicable service agreement.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names (such as NeuroMatic, NeuroBank, NeuroHawk, NeuroVerify, NeuroCredix, NeuroFlix, NeuroCommerce, NeuroApp, NeuroMine, and other Neuronix product names), images, and underlying software, is the property of Neuronix Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any Neuronix trademark, logo, or product name without our prior written consent. You may view and download material from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written permission.

Some solution pages describe products developed in partnership with third parties (for example, SafariFone BizFlow, ChargeOne, BillSure, and USM). These are the products and/or trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to describe our joint offerings, and we disclaim all liability in relation to them.

The Site also links to our social media profiles and may, from time to time, link to other third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neuronix Technologies regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between us regarding the Site.
